Just letting you know how things are going. I’m on the final stretch of reading the collection through (I had hoped to have it out before Christmas but that became impossible) so I’m hoping to have it out within the week. As you know from my newsletters, its book 9, so it’s out of sequence but I’ll be publishing book 8 as soon as I can get it done. Book 8 is the ninth and final book in the Madeleine series.

These short stories were written some years ago, one I wrote back in 2018 before I put it aside and started Ella. There’ll be four stories in total, including Ryder:a boy alone which was a short story I gave away some years ago to readers who joined my newsletter. I’ve always loved that story so after editing it and changing things around a little, I’ve included that in my collection. There’s also a story of Te’tukhe, but he’s always been a favorite of mine.

I hope you enjoy reading the collection. It’s probably the first and only time I’ll do short stories but I’ve enjoyed writing them.
