ruby

I’m not really one of those authors who post to social media a lot, nor do I write on this blog very much, but I try and keep my readers up to date with what I’m doing. I’m halfway through writing Te’tukhe’s story and almost finished Ruby – I thought I was finished with her adventures but I wasn’t happy with it – even though others who were reading it for me were, and then I realized Ruby needed a stronger love interest as she’s such a feisty person. So back to add a main character – which is the reason it’s taking so long. I wish I was one of those authors who publish a book every month or every three months and although I’ve tried, I have to be really confident in the book I’m going to publish before I let it out into the world. I’ve also suffered two nasty bouts of vertico and nausea this year which left me unable to look at a TV screen, let alone work on a computer and each time the bout is longer than the first. The latest one lasted seven miserable days. I’ve also been caught up over the past two months working for an organisation that I couldn’t get out of, but just to let you know that Ruby’s story is coming.
